Our client, a respected leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Manager of Investment Services to join their team in Vermilion, Alberta. Provide leadership and oversight to the investment services team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Manage and grow investment portfolios to meet member needs and organizational goals. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored financial and investment advice.Monitor financial market trends and adjust strategies to mitigate risks and optimize returns. Oversee compliance with policies, regulations, and industry best practices. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of investment products and services. Mentor, train, and support staff to foster a high-performing and client-focused culture.Qualifications

Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field; CFA designation is an asset. Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management, financial advising, or related services. Proven leadership and people management experience. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound investment recommendations.
