Your Opportunity Our Community Development group is seeking a

part time (potential to work full time as required) , highly motivated, and adaptable Accounting Assistant to join our Edmonton office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a group of multidisciplinary professionals to help support the operations of the business center.

Your Key Responsibilities

Create project setup forms and project files.

Provides project and administrative support to project managers.

Codes invoices, verify budgets on tasks and correspond with subconsultantsA/R&A/P project related activity.

Follow detailed instructions to maintain accurate, consistent, and efficient processing.

Recording and distributing invoices to stakeholders.

Perform other administrative duties as required.
