Ritchie Bros. Job Description This is a regular hourly week with overtime surrounding our auctions, including weekends and evenings. We have 6 auctions scheduled annually at our Nisku location. This position will also serve as relief for reception during sales and provide backup when needed between sales.The Customer Service Representative/Receptionist will answer phones, register bidders, respond to inquiries, process payments, and handle other sale-related activities. Responsibilities

Answer reception phones and provide holiday coverage. Process bidder payments. Provide customers with information regarding fee structures and payment methods. Guide customers on how to register online and direct them to our auxiliary platforms and services. Support key room operations. Maintain confidentiality of all information.Ensure high standards of customer service are always delivered. Perform filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as required. Proficient in Word and Excel. Provide additional administrative support to various departments as needed. Qualifications

Here's what you bring: Previous experience working directly with customers. Computer literacy and ability to learn new software and technology. Excellent data entry and keyboarding skills. Strong commitment to outstanding customer service. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
