Assistant Manager - Laser Tag at Londonderry, Edmonton

About the role We're Laser City! We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at the new Londonderry Mall location in Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer issues as needed.

Maintain staff performance by coaching, developing skills, and holding employees accountable.

Actively participate in employee hiring and assessment process.

Lead shifts on weekends and evenings, and during the week for private bookings.

Work in the office in a customer service role.

Assist in scheduling, hiring, and training of employees.

Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday. Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Experience / Qualifications

1+ years management or supervisory experience, preferably in entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or related field.

Experience training part-time staff.

Comfortable with on-the-spot coaching.

Reporting using Excel and other programs.

Leading and building a happy team.

Driver’s license.

Salary&Benefits Salary: $42,000 - $50,000 per year. Benefits begin after three months of employment.
