Requirements:• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field • 8 to 10 years in Learning&Development or Talent Development• Proven ability in designing development pathways, not merely coordinating training • Experience with medium or large organizations and complex policies • Capacity to work in evolving environments and build foundational strategies
