As a Customer Service representative, you'll manage parent inquiries and provide vital information about camp programs and procedures. This position is part of a dedicated team working to inspire future STEAM professionals. Short-term travel to various camp locations in Calgary, Edmonton, and Grande Prairie may occur as needed.

Key Responsibilities:• Answer parent inquiries via phone and email • Deliver accurate details on camp processes • Discuss behavioral incidents calmly with parents • Manage escalated parent interactions professionally • Support camp operations as assigned

Requirements:• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Professionalism and sound judgment in discussions • Experience handling sensitive conversations • Organizational skills for independent remote work • Willingness to travel if needed
