Part-Time Accounts Assistant– Eurofins Enviro-Works The Accounts Assistant will perform core day-to-day accounts payable/receivable activities in a large corporate environment. This part‑time position focuses on accounts receivable and collections, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment receipt.

Key Responsibilities:

Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval.

Communicate with clients about outstanding balances.

Maintain accurate financial records and communication logs for each client interaction.

Schedule and process payments according to company terms and policies.

Answer client inquiries regarding outstanding accounts.

Monitor ageing reports, follow up on outstanding accounts, track payments, credits, and account adjustments.

Assist with other projects as needed.

Maintain credit card agreements on file for accuracy.

Prepare basic AR reports, including Statement of Accounts (SOAs) for clients.

Must-Have Requirements:

Working experience with Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements:

Accounts Payable experience.

Diploma in Accounting from a Canadian educational institution (asset).

Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience (asset).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.

Proven ability to handle a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.

High customer service mindset.

Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and prioritize.

Strong sense of task ownership and accountability.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Reliable and trustworthy.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Problem solver with high attention to detail.

Working hours are on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
