Advance workplace safety with Falcon Equipment as a Health&Safety Administrator for the Prairie Region, covering Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Contribute to a safer workplace through compliance and effective training.
The ideal candidate for this full-time position will support Falcon Equipment’s Occupational Health and Safety Program. Responsibilities will involve ensuring that safety regulations are met, providing resources for employees, and maintaining first aid certifications. Strong relationship-building skills are crucial to interact with various departments and safety agencies.
Key Responsibilities:• Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation • Maintain first aid training records and supplies • Offer technical health and safety support to management • Facilitate training and mentorship for safety • Assist with COR certification and related audits
Requirements:• 3-5 years in a health and safety role • Industry-specific first aid certification required • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Experience facilitating safety meetings and presentations • Must have reliable transportation for travel
