In this role, you will coordinate design processes and maintain regulatory compliance across various projects. Responsibilities include addressing complex technical issues and overseeing the work of a BIM Modeler team. Your efforts will ensure timely and effective production of high-quality shop drawings.
Key Responsibilities:• Review and coordinate design drawings for compliance • Analyze challenges and implement solutions • Prepare materials and construction methodology submissions • Direct a team of BIM Modelers for detailed drawings • Work closely with teams to resolve design issues
Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering • 2 years of design coordination experience required • PE registration with PEB is necessary • Familiarity with British&Singapore Design standards• Proficient in BIM coordination software
