Location: 12866 Fort Road Edmonton , AB T5A 1B1
Salary: 18.00 to 23.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience 5 years or more. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Monitor staff performance
Plan and organize daily operations
Train staff
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Cost products and services
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Organize and maintain inventory
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Provide customer service
Requirements&Qualifications
Supervision of 11-15 people
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: ProServe program, Food Safety Certificate
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system
Security clearance: Basic
Criminal record check
Valid driver’s licence
Fast‑paced environment
Standing for extended periods
Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask
