Family Support Coach Position at e4c, Edmonton

This full-time role emphasizes individualized, strengths-based support through home and community visits. As a Family Coach, you will utilize a culturally responsive approach, engaging families and connecting them with essential resources throughout their journey. Your ability to work collaboratively with community partners will ensure coordinated service delivery aimed at fostering family independence.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver strengths-based coaching and support during visits • Identify family goals using coaching assessment techniques • Track progress and adapt service plans accordingly • Coach families to build critical life skills • Navigate them toward community resources and services

Requirements:• Degree in Social Work, Psychology or closely related field • 3+ years’ experience in social services • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required • Certification in First Aid and CPR • Knowledge of service networks and referral systems
