Military Services Program Specialist, Cherry Point

Lead impactful programs supporting U.S. military members and their families with the American Red Cross. This specialist role focuses on program management and volunteer leadership.

In this key position, you will manage service delivery for veterans and military families while developing outreach strategies for International Services. You’ll support and guide volunteers, build strong community relationships, and maintain an active presence through marketing efforts. Your expertise in program management will be vital, as will your ability to ensure effective communication and coordination in delivering essential support.

Key Responsibilities:• Administer services to U.S. military members and families • Support International Services program delivery • Manage and develop volunteer engagement efforts • Coordinate with military leadership and community organizations • Oversee outreach and community presentations

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience • Minimum five years of program management experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • U.S. citizenship required
