This key role reports to the VP Operations and involves managing engineering functions while serving as Responsible Registrant under the EGBC Permit. Key Responsibilities:• Deliver engineering outputs on time and to required standards • Lead major projects while overseeing project management • Uphold decisions based on Design for Manufacturing principles • Enhance Lean Manufacturing to reduce operational costs • Manage engineering release points to minimize rework

Requirements:• Valid engineering license and relevant industry experience • Strong expertise in project management and quality assurance • Knowledge of engineering standards and DFM principles • Proven leadership and mentoring skills • Experience with compliance under EGBC regulations
