In the Social Development Manager position, you will report to the Health Director while overseeing income assistance programs and client case management services. Your focus will be on empowering individuals and supporting their pathways to wellness and self-sufficiency, all while respecting and integrating Pacheedaht culture and teachings. Key Responsibilities:• Deliver income assistance aligned with community needs • Implement case management plans for clients • Ensure accurate documentation and performance audits • Connect individuals to health and social resources • Support housing applications and crisis response efforts

Requirements:• Diploma or equivalent in Social Work or Human Services • Knowledge of applicable ISC policies • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Insight into Pacheedaht culture and local practices • Valid driver’s licence and clear record check required
