Mission
At Soucy, industrial designers play a key role in creating innovative products that push the boundaries of design and performance. At the heart of new recreational product development, you’ll transform ideas into concrete concepts that capture the imagination.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive the industrial design vision by developing innovative concepts (sketches and preliminary 3D models) and ensuring the design intent is maintained throughout projects Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners by participating in creative workshops, presenting concepts, and monitoring project progressMaintain a high level of innovation by researching competitor products, creating mood boards, and continuously monitoring design trends, innovation, and the competitive market.

With the following skills and qualities, you'll thrive in this role:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial design and 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role Excellent sketching and illustration skills (graphics tablet-Wacom), with knowledge of modeling and rendering tools (Rhino3D, Blender, KeyShot) Good understanding of mechanical principles, manufacturing processes, materials, 3D printing, product development processes, and AI tools in industrial designBilingualism (French and English) to communicate with our English-speaking partners Ability to solve problems, adapt, work under pressure, and propose alternative solutions to achieve objectives and ensure the satisfaction of internal and external clients Interest in transportation design Willingness to travel, primarily to the United States
