Support production in the adjustment and ramp-up of thermoforming and router processes Actively participate in the introduction of new products Implement safe work methods based on industry best practices Participate in continuous improvement projects (PVA, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, etc.) Analyze and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce wasteParticipate in risk assessments of equipment and workstations Collaborate closely with production, planning, engineering, and other teams

Profile

With the following skills and qualities, you'll thrive in this role:

You have a college diploma in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering or equivalent experience. You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
