As part of the Group Operations team, you will manage claim processes for disability management while delivering excellence in service. Your role requires evaluating claims based on medical and non-medical factors, overseeing communication for timely resolutions, and formulating case management plans to ensure effective outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:• Investigate and evaluate eligibility for claims • Manage active claims durations with best practices • Conduct telephone interviews with claimants and employers • Communicate proactively regarding claim statuses • Implement detailed case management plans for return-to-work
Requirements:• Bilingual in French and English • 2+ years in disability claim management • Knowledge of medical terminology • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve claims issues
