We are looking for an aggressive, hands‑on Growth Marketing Lead who can take full ownership of our marketing strategy and help us scale our mobile application startup fast. This is not a “maintenance marketing” role. We need someone who has worked with startups before, understands urgency, can build a marketing plan from scratch or completely transform an existing one, and is ready to execute immediately.About the Role
We are a mobile application startup looking for a full‑time marketing expert who can help us grow aggressively in the North American market.
The ideal person
has proven experience driving real growth for startups through paid ads, organic marketing, email campaigns, social media, community building, and performance marketing. You should understand how to test fast, optimize campaigns, improve conversions, and bring measurable results. We need someone who can take the challenge seriously, work closely with the founders, and help us create major progress quickly.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a complete growth marketing strategy for our mobile app startup. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Create aggressive user acquisition strategies focused on the North American market.Build and manage email marketing campaigns, funnels, newsletters, and retention campaigns. Lead social media marketing across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, and X. Identify target audiences, messaging, positioning, and campaign angles that convert. Plan and execute startup‑style growth experiments quickly.Track KPIs such as app downloads, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, engagement, retention, and lead generation. Work on influencer marketing, partnerships, referral strategies, and community growth where relevant. Analyze campaign performance and make fast decisions based on data. Improve landing pages, ad creatives, copy, funnels, and onboarding flows to increase conversions.Who We Are Looking For
Someone with strong experience in startup marketing, preferably mobile apps or consumer digital products. Proven experience growing a startup or significantly improving its marketing performance. Strong knowledge of North American digital marketing trends and customer behavior. Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, email marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing. Someone who can think strategically but also execute directly. A person who is aggressive, creative, data‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment. Must be able to start ASAP. Full‑time availability is required.Requirements
3+ years of growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing experience. Experience working with startups is strongly preferred. Experience with mobile app marketing is a major plus. Robust understanding of paid ads, organic growth, email funnels, and social media strategy. Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns independently.Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with founders. Must be comfortable with urgency, ownership, and measurable targets. What We Offer
