Key Responsibilities:• Welcome clients upon arrival with a friendly smile • Manage phone inquiries and appointment scheduling • Process check-ins, payments, and documentation • Educate clients on services and product offerings • Assist with treatment room setup and client flow management
Requirements:• Certification as a Medical Esthetician is a plus • Prior experience in a medical spa or healthcare setting • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills • Excellent verbal communication abilities • Familiarity with skincare products and scheduling software
