Lot Technician

to join our Cobequid team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being around powersports equipment, and taking pride in keeping things organized, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive dealership environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Lot Technician, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day flow of our dealership by ensuring our inventory, yard, and facilities are clean, organized, and ready for customers and service work.

Your responsibilities will include:

Detailing new, used, lot, and service units to dealership standards Moving and positioning units across the lot, including customer and service vehicles Ensuring all lot vehicles are properly arranged before opening and secured at the end of the day Assisting with unloading, un-crating, and basic assembly of ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and personal watercraftGeneral building and yard maintenance as directed by the Service Manager Snow removal, lawn care, and general grounds upkeep Cleaning company and customer vehicles as needed Supporting internal housekeeping and dealership presentation standards Contributing to special projects and overall team successCompleting required training and development What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to work with their hands.

You’ll bring:

Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs A valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude A commitment to excellent customer service Mechanical aptitude (an asset) Experience operating a forklift (an asset) Experience with tractors or similar equipment (an asset)Why Join Us?
