Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role located in Fredericton, NB. The Paralegal will assist with preparing and reviewing legal documents, performing legal research, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The role also involves supporting client communications, collaborating with attorneys, and maintaining organized case files and documentation. Strong professionalism, attention to detail, and efficiency are essential in this position.

Qualifications Proficiency in Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation Strong Communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Ability to conduct in-depth Research and perform thorough Document Review Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in both English and French (bilingualism is a strong asset)Familiarity with Family Law, Property Law, and Estates (preferred but not mandatory) Post-secondary education in Paralegal Studies or a related field
