Dispatcher - Full Time (Fraserville)

Overview

We are one of southeastern Ontario's biggest plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors and we are in need of a full‑time dispatcher to help take service calls from customers and assign them to field service staff. The position is in our office in Fraserville. Hours

Rotational by week– varying from Monday–Sunday, 7:00am–8:00pm. On‑call overnight shifts required. Duties

Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers. Schedule calls for field service staff (plumbers, HVAC technicians and electricians). Call customers to reschedule appointments when necessary. Create accurate customer records in the system and make notes to communicate information to field service staff.Deal with customer complaints. Monitor online chat portal and emails, answer customer inquiries as required. Proactively call customers with annual service requirements to schedule services. Other duties as required. Qualifications

Strong customer service skills required. Previous experience in dispatch would be an asset. Previous experience in an inbound or outbound call center environment would be an asset. Solid knowledge of our service area– geographically. Familiarity with dispatching software and accounting software required.Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi‑line phone systems professionally. Demonstrated analysis skills for route optimization and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and customer service.Pay
