UPS is hiring a

Part-Time Preloader

at its Dieppe, New Brunswick facility. This position is responsible for loading package cars, unloading trailers, as well as scanning and sorting packages. This is a physical, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Learn and properly execute UPS package handling and safe work methods

Load and unload UPS packages into trailers or package cars

Scan and sort packages accurately

Read and retain address information and handling instruction numbers

Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. / 32 kg

Ability to read and remember addresses and handling instruction numbers

Availability to work flexible shifts of 3–6 hours, up to 5 days per week

Warehouse experience not required but preferred

Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
