Your key responsibilities Provide end‑to‑end SAP BASIS support across DEV, QA, and Production environments Monitor SAP systems for availability, performance, background jobs, spool, and system health Handle incident, problem, and service request tickets in line with SLAs and support proceduresSupport patching, kernel upgrades, and support packs under change management processes Manage user administration, roles, authorizations, and audit‑related activities Troubleshoot BASIS issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams

Skills and attributes for success Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within diverse technical teams

To qualify for the role you must have Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field Approximately 3+ years of hands‑on SAP BASIS experience, preferably in Managed Services (AMS), Application Support, or Production Support environments

Ideally, you’ll also have SAP BASIS or SAP HANA certification Experience with Cloud or hybrid SAP environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) Basic scripting abilities (Shell, PowerShell, Python)

Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
