Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and installations on industrial equipment.* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues to minimize downtime.* Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and equipment reliability.* Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment status.**What Are We Looking For*** Red Seal Certificate required* Experience working in a heavy industry or cement plant preferred.* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.* Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to millwright work.* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.* Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
