Lead a team on a construction site with multiple subcontractors in the vicinity. Implement and monitor safety guidelines as a top priority for the team. Provide learning opportunities for your team. Effectively manage a schedule and track your team’s overall performance. Collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.Demonstrate an appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies. Understand code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide the team on construction sites. Gain familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources to drive success for the team. Qualifications
5+ years of modernization expertise with supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce. Strong appetite for learning and working in an exciting and new field. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7+ years of relevant working experience. Benefits

The hiring range for this role is $119,000– $156,240. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.About KONE
