Senior Facilities Maintenance Manager, Delta

The Senior Facilities Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations, including refrigeration systems, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Starting with one direct report, this role is designed to grow into a broader leadership position with increased team oversight. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate all maintenance‑related activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards

Lead, train, and develop team members to build a strong, technically capable maintenance team

Provide performance feedback, assign duties, and support the growth of direct reports

Oversee daily facility engineering operations, including refrigeration systems

Manage, plan, and schedule maintenance workloads using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Ensure compliance with fire, safety, environmental, and health and safety programs
