Retail Supervisor - Part Time (Tsawwassen, BC), Delta

The base pay for this position is $20.85 - $23.85 + Bonus + Benefits.

Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.

Ensure the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.

Control payroll to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of customer service.

Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store and/or Assistant Store Manager.

Handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.

Comply with all Policies&Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities.

Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment.

Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

Have 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service–oriented retail environment.

Demonstrate ability to reason through complex issues.

Be a strong team player.

Be able to learn quickly.

Have computer skills including basic knowledge of MS Office programs and retail software.

Be able to walk and move constantly; use speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision skills. Able to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
