Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

The Opportunity As our Brand Manager, you bring our portfolio of brands to life through all consumer touchpoints. With a strong blend of strategic thinking, marketing acumen, and operational rigor, you lead the development and execution of brand plans that drive impact across channels and audiences. You thrive in complexity—balancing big-picture brand vision with a keen attention to detail—while managing multifaceted projects across marketing disciplines. This role is pivotal in ensuring brand consistency, operational excellence, and seamless collaboration with product innovation, in‑house creative, digital, andcommercial teams. You will oversee campaign planning and go‑to‑market execution to packaging, brand education, and marketing operations. Passionate about brands and marketing, you understand how to strategically steward a brand portfolio from planning through execution and evaluation.
What You’ll Do Brand Operations
Manage team resourcing, project trafficking, and capacity planning
Support with budget planning, day‑to‑day tracking, and reconciliations
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of brand initiatives and progress
Support with internal and external brand education
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all efforts and materials
Brand Strategy&Positioning
Support with developing strategic brand plans across all channels (consumer programming, digital, activations, packaging, product, etc.) in alignment with goals and overarching business objectives
Set and deliver on KPIs
Contribute to the definition and evolution of brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and audience segmentation
Oversee the visual identity for brands in partnership with creative leadership
Analyze and utilize consumer, sales and brand health data to identify key insights to drive strategy
Identify opportunities and translate them into clear and effective marketing initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative marketing techniques to continually enhance marketing efforts
Support on product development, design and packaging
Campaigns, Activations&Go-to-Market (GTM)
Lead campaign briefing—defining goals, insights, tactics, timelines, and budgets
Outline campaign deliverables and tactical execution plans
Oversee campaign execution—asset creation (photography, videography, etc.), timelines, cross‑functional collaboration, and creative development
Facilitate cross‑function collaboration on integrated campaigns and projects
Anticipate potential challenges and risks related to brand activation campaigns and develop contingency plans to mitigate negative impact
Analyze campaign results to evaluate the success of brand initiatives and identify areas for improvement in future campaigns

Work Status This is an on‑site role, working in or supporting operations and working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams across the business.
What You Bring Education
Post‑secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, commerce, business or related field
5-7+ years of experience in brand management and marketing ideally
Relevant hands‑on experience within cannabis industry, regulated industry, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage‑alcohol industry
Relevant hands‑on experience in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance
Experience managing budgets, marketing workflows and brands at scale
Strategic, creative and practical with an entrepreneurial spirit that is focused on protecting the brand and the company while driving results
Strong communicator and proven ability to effectively collaborate with various partners and stakeholders
Strong marketing acumen and fluency in foundational marketing and brand principles
Experience managing external vendors, creative partners and cross‑functional relationships
Ability to effectively manage time and establish clear objectives and day‑to‑day priorities in a fast‑paced work environment; can adhere to tight deadlines and also be nimble in implementing last‑minute changes as needed
An energetic, enthusiastic, motivated, and open‑minded attitude
Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and lead projects from planning through execution
Ability to zoom in on executional detail and zoom out to broader brand vision
Curious mindset; follows brand, industry and marketing trends
Understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape
Passion for cannabis is a plus
Must have the ability to obtain and pass a RCMP Criminal Record Check and maintain security clearance.
