This role involves spending your full shift in a **temperature-controlled Freezer environment**, where the temperature typically ranges between **-18°C and -28°C**. We ensure that our teammates receive proper training so they can confidently provide excellent customer service to our customers every time they visit* Career growth opportunities with a strong “promote from within” philosophy providing advancement opportunities for all levels* Bi-weekly pay - Direct Deposit* Safety vest provided on the first day* RRSP benefits* Exciting incentive and rewards programsResponsibilities:* Work exclusively in the **Freezer Department**, handling frozen products* Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to locate and pick items for customer orders* Build and assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently* Verify the accuracy of picked orders and ensure that all picked orders are properly labeled and staged for shipping* Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment* Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals* Repetitive lifting of items up to 50lbsRequirements:*Safety shoes (Must be steel-toed)* Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center is an asset* Proficient in order-picking techniques and procedures* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a bonus* Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment* Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lifting heavy objects as required* Excellent organizational skills to prioritize work effectively* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment**Available Shift(s) Offered:*** Shift: Friday&Sunday: 8am-4pm* Job Type: Part-time* Pay: $22.00 per hourPay: $22.00 - $22.00 Hourly*If an hourly or salary range is included in this ad it represents the range 7-Eleven in good faith believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
