Warehouse Operations Support Coordinator, Delta

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operations Support Coordinator, focusing on maximizing order efficiency and management. Evening shifts are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

In this crucial role, you will report to the Operations Supervisor and manage the order fulfillment process to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success. Through your coordination of inbound and outbound tasks using Warehouse Management System (WMS) best practices, you'll drive efficiency in freight handling and meet stringent deadlines. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and assign work tasks to ensure workflow efficiency • Record inbound trailer deliveries and manage logistics • Collaborate with management on order fulfillment strategies • Conduct regular audits to maintain stock accuracy • Facilitate administrative support with reporting and documentation

Requirements:• Preference for candidates with secondary school completion • Prior experience with WMS preferred • Strong capability in problem-solving and planning • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping • Excellent communication abilities with team members
