As part of the Claims Learning&Development team, you'll inspire and manage a dedicated group of trainers. Your key focus is delivering effective technical training while prioritizing collaboration tailored to regional operational needs in Quebec and Atlantic. This role is designed to foster growth in both team capabilities and training initiatives.

Requirements:• 4–5 years of management experience required • Strong knowledge of claims operations in Quebec and Atlantic • Proven experience in delivering technical training • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Bilingual in French and English for communication
