Key Responsibilities:• Design and debug bare metal firmware for microcontrollers • Mentor junior developers through code reviews and coaching • Develop strategies for firmware reliability in extreme conditions • Collaborate with teams to ensure firmware integration • Conduct hardware-in-the-loop testing and diagnostics

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering • 7+ years in embedded firmware development with C++ • Experience with reliability-critical firmware in harsh environments • Familiarity with Agile practices and DevOps tools • Proficiency in Git and Python for scripting and testing
