Located in Rostock, Germany, or Dartmouth, NS, you will develop embedded firmware crucial for Battery Management Systems. Your role will encompass ownership of complex firmware components and close collaboration with diverse teams to ensure production readiness. The work will focus on maintaining high standards of reliability in extreme underwater situations.

Key Responsibilities:• Design and debug embedded firmware from scratch • Mentor junior developers through technical coaching • Develop strategies for firmware under extreme conditions • Work with teams across systems for better integration • Perform HIL testing and produce design documentation

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field • Over 7 years in C++ embedded systems • Experience in industrial or harsh environments • Familiar with DevOps tools and Agile methodologies • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
