ADP Business Solutions Consultant Role, Hants County (Shubenacadie)

Drive implementation success with ADP as a Business Solutions Consultant focusing on the WFMgr product. Lead solution development while participating in the Major National&HRO Implementation team in Canada.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for crafting sustainable implementation solutions and procedures that exceed client expectations. With your extensive knowledge in Major National&HRO Implementation, you will support technically challenging implementations, provide advanced technical support, and contribute to product enhancement feedback. Your expertise will guide project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead sustainable implementation solutions and procedures • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting • Maintain ADP implementation best practices and guidelines • Collaborate to create training materials for associates • Execute technical tasks required for implementations

Requirements:• Minimum 5 years experience in an Implementation role • Superior knowledge of ADP products like WFN and Autopay • Exceptional communication skills across all levels • Proven ability to establish client relationships • Bilingual in English and French for Quebec candidates
