Commercial Contracts Manager at Ultra, Hants County (Shubenacadie)

In this pivotal role, you will manage customer contracts from inception to completion, ensuring robust governance and strategic alignment. With over eight years in commercial contracts administration, you will identify risks, negotiate terms, and represent the Contracts function across various platforms. Your strong communication skills will be crucial for advising senior leadership and facilitating successful negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:• Identify and mitigate contractual risks throughout project lifecycle • Lead negotiations on terms and conditions during various phases • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs and agreements • Ensure effective flow of terms into supplier contracts• Advise senior leadership on contractual matters

Requirements:• Degree in Law, Commerce, or related field • 8+ years in commercial/contracts administration • Strong conflict resolution skills in negotiations • Advanced verbal and written communication abilities • Capability to acquire NATO Secret security clearance
