We are currently seeking an Inside Rental&Sales Representative to join our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia branch. In this customer‑facing role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing rental and sales solutions, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional who enjoys building relationships, multitasking in a busy environment, and contributing to branch sales and growth.Key Responsibilities

Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts Recommend appropriate equipment and services based on customer needs Establish new rental and sales accounts by supporting walk‑in and call‑in customers Negotiate pricing on equipment rentals and contractor supplies in accordance with company pricing policies and proceduresMaintain a clean, professional, and presentable showroom Build positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and management Follow all company and site safety procedures while working in the branch and on customer sites Perform additional duties as assigned Skills&Qualifications

Exceptional customer service and relationship‑building skills Strong ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Proficient written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills required for the position Experience Requirements

Customer service experience: 1 year (required) Equipment rental experience: 1 year (preferred) Language Requirements
