Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and manage aggressive behaviors in the ED • Conduct regular rounds throughout Emergency Department areas • Assist with patients who exhibit threatening behavior • Respond professionally to all site emergencies • Prepare reports on security incidents and activities

Requirements:• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in security • Must acquire Security License for Nova Scotia • Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification needed • Diploma in Justice studies is an asset • Ability to provide certifications in Use of Force and MOAB preferred
