As a Program Scheduler, you will assist Program Managers with project planning and schedule management. Your role involves creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, conducting variance and critical path analyses, and monitoring performance metrics. Collaboration with functional teams to address updates and discrepancies will be key. Proactive identification of risks and dependencies ensures project timelines are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules for projects • Conduct schedule variance and critical path analysis • Monitor schedule performance weekly and monthly • Coordinate with stakeholders to address schedule gaps • Support program reviews and risk management processes

Requirements:• Degree in a technical discipline • 3+ years in scheduling within aerospace/defense • Proficiency in MS Project or similar software • Ability to obtain NATO Secret security clearance • Strong communication and organization skills
