In this role, you’ll leverage your sales expertise to build strong customer partnerships, influence business outcomes, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional corporate and field teams to deliver results.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our market presence while contributing to a team culture built on trust, performance, and innovation. This position reports to the Territory Manager and is a fully remote role based in Dartmouth, NS.
Position Summary Retain current accounts by meeting and exceeding customer needs through strong relationships and quality service. Drive sales expectations and results through the selling of additional portrait programs, products, and services to current accounts within assigned sales area. Sell new accounts in assigned territory. Directly responsible for maintaining long‑term relationships with portfolio of assigned customers and the preservation of our customer base.
Retain&Grow Existing Business
Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with assigned accounts through regular communication, exceptional service, and consistent follow‑up.
Retain and grow business by rebooking accounts and upselling additional products, programs, and services.
Manage multiple accounts by coordinating service delivery, resolving customer issues, and ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date account files.
Provide timely and accurate product, pricing, and program information, while completing sales agreements in line with corporate guidelines.
Track account performance, gather required data, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Gaining New Business
Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships while proactively prospecting and generating new business within the assigned territory.
Achieve revenue growth by executing prospecting strategies, managing a healthy sales pipeline, and selling the full portfolio of Everest products and programs.
Use sales software to document all sales activity, manage territories efficiently through strategic scheduling, and maintain required reports and paperwork.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity while promoting Everest solutions to school leaders, parent organizations, coaches, and administrators.
Always represent Everest professionally, safeguard confidential information, and participate in ongoing training and scheduled sales meetings.
Qualifications
College Diploma, University Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and training
2-3 years of sales or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and training.
Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Good time‑management skills with a problem‑solving action oriented&results driven approach
The ability to manage, prioritize initiatives, and work well in a team environment
Highly organized and having a high level of attention to detail
Work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, demanding environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite and CRM software.
Possess a valid Canadian driver’s license with full use of dependable, insured automobile.
Ability to travel
