We are looking for a full-time
Territory Sales Manager
to join our
Hercules
team in
Dartmouth, NS . Our ideal candidate will represent Hercules with a strong positive attitude and be a champion for growth both inside and outside the branch, providing a solutions‑based approach to their work in order to ensure optimal client satisfaction and drive growth from both new and existing customers.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary (ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience)
Eligible to participate in Territory Sales Commission Plan
Generous RRSP matching program 5% (after one year)
Full health and dental benefits (shared costs)
Great schedule– Monday to Friday 8–5

Key Accountabilities
Assisting in developing and executing an annual business (sales) plan to achieve sales targets
Plan, prepare and execute face‑to‑face sales calls with specific sales objectives
Determine customer needs and how Hercules products/services will provide a solution
Manage customer relationships, information and business opportunities
Effectively balance time between customer‑facing and branch‑based activities
Report sales situations to team members to build additional sales approaches and strategies
Conduct effective customer prospecting and set contact sales objectives
Requirements
College diploma/University degree in a related field and/or a combination of education and work experience required
Prior industrial sales experience preferred
Account management experience
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Strong computer skills with an aptitude for learning new technology
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Able to provide references who will attest to your proven track record
Please note : Successful candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check; drivers abstract and reference checks are also a condition of employment.
