At Little Sprouts, we are looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA) to work on-call. This role is ideal for those passionate about early childhood development and eager to guide children in a Christ-centred environment. Support the Lead Educator in implementing daily activities that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in daily activities based on early learning principles • Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom atmosphere • Support children’s development through play-based learning • Provide supervision during activities and transitions • Foster positive relationships with children and families

Requirements:• Valid ECEA certification is required • Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred • Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills • Personal commitment to Christian values • First Aid&CPR certification preferred
