Key Responsibilities:• Oversee pre-opening occupancy and clinical program setup • Foster partnerships with health-system stakeholders • Lead the hiring and culture-setting of the clinical team • Prioritize resident-centered care and strategic direction • Manage clinical resources, risks, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:• Registered Nurse with Ontario certification • 3+ years management experience in long-term care • Experience as a Director of Care in the sector • Strong relational and engagement skills • Competency in managing complex projects
