About The Role The Reservation and Sales Agent supports Nootka Marine Adventures by handling guest inquiries and booking reservations for accommodations, activities, and services. The role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency with hospitality systems, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations while upholding brand standards and contributing to sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Make reservations for accommodations, moorage, camping, guided fishing, rental boats, and other services.

Respond to guest inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and accuracy.

Promote Nootka Marine Adventures and participate in sales campaigns and outbound calls during re-booking campaigns.

Accurately collect, record, and file guest information, leads, quotes, and notes in Monday.com CRM.

Complete day-end settlement reports and identify discrepancies.

Maintain adherence to brand standards and confidentiality policies.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team toward shared goals.

Qualifications Required:

Legally entitled to work in Canada

Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in hospitality

Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Strong service orientation and dedication to guest experience

Experience with booking software (Maestro preferred), CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com), and Microsoft Office

Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage workload

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Appreciation for and experience with fishing and outdoor activities

Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
