Front Counter Sales Representative Location - 2215 CLIFFE AVE COURTENAY BC

We are looking for a Front-Counter Sales Representative who will strive to create a welcoming environment for our customers and respond to inquiries. Day to Day responsibility

Provide outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.

Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.

Answer incoming calls while handling customers' inquiries, concerns, or questions.

Proven ability in an inside sales and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge and information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.

Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotes.

Efficient and detail‑orientated data entry skills are required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.

Qualifications and Success

You are interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high‑energy, fast‑paced team environment.

You have exceptional customer service skills.

You have 2 years of experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles (preferred). You have a demonstrated understanding of the automotive/related industry and an aptitude for learning product knowledge.

Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.

Effective problem‑solving, planning, and organizing skills.

You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 30‑50 lb. tires around as needed.

You are always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
