Key Responsibilities:• Diagnose and repair plumbing and electrical systems • Perform fixture and appliance repairs throughout the premises • Execute painting, drywall patching, and other tasks • Maintain building exterior and grounds regularly • Identify and report any maintenance deficiencies

Requirements:• 2+ years of maintenance experience required • Relevant trade or technical certifications preferred • Familiarity with tools and repair technologies • Experience with digital task management • On-call availability and a valid driver’s license
