In this Associate Product Designer role, you will work directly under the Manager of Product Design. Your creativity and strong technical skills in 3D modeling will be vital as you collaborate with graphics, engineering, and marketing teams. You’ll be responsible for creating detailed specifications and prototypes that bring imaginative play to life.
Key Responsibilities:• Ideate and develop new construction toy concepts • Create sketches, models, and designs for prototypes • Develop new 3D parts for production readiness • Collaborate with departments for cohesive development • Present concepts formally to stakeholders
Requirements:• Bachelor in Industrial Design or equivalent • 0 to 3 years of experience in product design • Skilled in hand sketching and model making • Proficient in SolidWorks or similar software • Comfortable communicating in French; English a plus
