In this Tier 1 role, your primary responsibility will be addressing inbound calls, emails, and chats from patients and members. You will effectively communicate complex information while ensuring high satisfaction levels. Problem-solving and organizational skills are vital as you navigate challenges and occasionally manage crisis situations.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage inbound calls and inquiries from patients and members • Resolve issues efficiently and coordinate service queues • Provide clear information about Teladoc Health services • Handle crisis situations professionally when necessary • Collaborate with team members while working independently
Requirements:• Demonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactions • Outstanding organizational ability to juggle multiple tasks • Adaptable to new processes and procedures • Fluent in both English and French • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
