In your role, you will be instrumental in managing RAI processes and ensuring the sustainability of care outcomes. This position calls for strong leadership and requires collaboration with nursing staff to foster a holistic, resident-centered approach. You will maintain assessment schedules, monitor data accuracy, and provide training to enhance the proficiency of all RAI users.
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate RAI processes per organizational and legislative standards • Maintain a current resident assessment schedule for RAI users • Facilitate RAI training and ongoing mentorship • Monitor completion of assessments and care plan reviews • Generate RAI reports to support decision-making
Requirements:• Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) registration required • Minimum three years of clinical leadership experience • One year of experience in an RAI Coordinator role preferred • Proficient in Point Click Care and Point of Care • Strong communication and organizational skills
