In your role, you will be instrumental in managing RAI processes and ensuring the sustainability of care outcomes. Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate RAI processes per organizational and legislative standards • Maintain a current resident assessment schedule for RAI users • Facilitate RAI training and ongoing mentorship • Monitor completion of assessments and care plan reviews • Generate RAI reports to support decision-making

Requirements:• Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) registration required • Minimum three years of clinical leadership experience • One year of experience in an RAI Coordinator role preferred • Proficient in Point Click Care and Point of Care • Strong communication and organizational skills
