Key Responsibilities:• Serve as primary contact for sales and customer inquiries • Enter and track orders in Syteline ERP system • Communicate regularly with production about order fulfillment • Resolve issues and report complaints to relevant departments • Maintain accurate customer records and data
Requirements:• Background in customer service roles • Proficient in verbal and written communication • Strong ability to solve problems creatively • Stay organized while managing multiple tasks • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
